Pennsylvania’s state-controlled liquor system would be sold to private retailers and wholesalers under a plan unveiled last week in Harrisburg by state Rep. Mike Turzai, R-Allegheny, the majority leader of the state House of Representatives. Turzai’s position as floor leader gives the measure instant credibility. Moreover, Gov.
