Duane Morris partner Alan C. Kessler resigned from his second term on the board of governors to the U.S. Postal Service after a USPS Office of Inspector General report found Kessler attempted to aid a friend and political ally trying to stop the purchase of his property by the USPS for millions less than its fair market value.
