Kevin P. Kinross is serving as an independent adviser to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s state government relations group.
Kinross has more than 10 years’ experience managing statewide and regional political campaigns for Democratic leaders and currently serves as the campaign manager for Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter’s re-election bid, according to a press release.
