Every time I go to a hearing at my local courthouse at 9:30, the judge doesn’t come out until 10 or 10:30. Is that a violation?
Recently, in In re Merlo , a decision by the Court of Judicial Discipline. the judge would sometimes come out 10, 20, 30 or 40 minutes late to hearings.
