Cozen O’Connor has named its new president and managing partner in what the firm said marks the beginning of its latest succession plan for firm management.
The firm announced Wednesday that Michael Heller, chair of the business law department, has been named president and executive partner. Thomas A. “Tad” Decker, who has served as Cozen O’Connor’s president and chief executive officer since returning to the firm in 2007 following a stint as chairman of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, will retain the CEO title.
