The Philadelphia Bar Association’s judicial rating arm announced Wednesday its recommendation that voters reject two Philadelphia Common Pleas Court judges and one Philadelphia Municipal Court judge up for retention elections this fall.
James Murray Lynn, who sits in the Common Pleas Court’s trial division’s criminal branch, and Robert J. Rebstock, who sits in the Common Pleas Court’s family division’s juvenile branch, were rated as “not recommended,” according to an announcement from the association’s Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention.
