Mark N. Suprenant, the former general counsel and corporate secretary for popular regional convenience store chain Wawa Inc., has joined Philadelphia-based business law boutique Deeb Blum Murphy Frishberg & Markovich as a partner.
Suprenant, who left Wawa in April and joined Deeb Blum in October, said he’s known Deeb Blum partner Joseph H. Blum for more than 20 years, having first worked with him when the two were lawyers at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads and later when Wawa became a client of Deeb Blum.
