Widener University School of Law plans to present the Delaware Tax Institute program “Windows of Opportunity: Tax Planning in Times of Transition” on Friday in the school’s Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom.

The daylong program begins at 8:30 a.m. Maya MacGuineas , president of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget and director of the fiscal policy program at the New America Foundation, is the distinguished speaker.
