Six days after Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge John W. Herron was appointed the administrative judge of the trial division by the state Supreme Court, he selected Judge Allan L. Tereshko as the supervising judge in charge of the trial division’s civil section.
In addition to the announcement Wednesday that Tereshko will replace Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge William J. Manfredi as the civil section’s supervising judge, Herron announced that Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Patricia A. McInerney will become the third judge sitting in the commerce program for business litigation.
