The district court agreed to exclude a litigation success bonus from an award of over $6 million in attorneys’ fees, costs, and interest against plaintiff Checkpoint Systems but concluded defendants All-Tag Security, S.A. and Sensormatic Electronics Corporation were entitled to collect the remaining amounts, including fees and costs incurred on unsuccessful motions and work billed to a third party.
