You have written columns in the past about the importance of legal history. Who do you consider to be the greatest lawyer Pennsylvania has ever produced?
Rating lawyers, whether they are present lawyers or past lawyers, is a meaningless game. It’s like grading who is number one in the class in law school and who’s number three or five. Sometimes only a tenth or a hundredth of a percent difference appears and that is through subjective grading.
