The recent changes in leadership for two of Ballard Spahr’s most prominent departments are part of a larger shift in practice management that will conclude at the end of this year.
Along with changes to all of the firm’s five department leaders, the firm has just finished hiring five directors of practice management charged with taking away administrative burdens from each of the department heads.
