The Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Pennsylvania Capital Representation Project are co-sponsoring a two-credit CLE program on Feb. 15. The program is in connection with the Philadelphia Theatre Company ‘s production of the musical, “The Scottsboro Boys,” by Kander and Ebb .
Panelists for the course include Dan Carter , historian and author of “Scottsboro: Tragedy of the American South”; Harvard Law School professor Randall Kennedy ; David Rudovsky of Kairys Rudovsky Messing & Feinberg ; and Gordon Cooney of Morgan Lewis & Bockius .
