Wendy Bracaglia was re-elected as a member of the board of directors at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, and as senior vice president and assistant secretary at the annual shareholders’ meeting in December.
Bracaglia is the managing attorney in the firm’s King of Prussia, Pa., office. She is also the firm’s first female shareholder and a member of the health care liability practice group. Her practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice actions.
