Harold Berger, a senior partner and managing principal of Berger & Montague and a former judge of the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, participated with Dean Eduardo Glandt of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science in the presentation of the 2011 Berger Award to Steven Chu, secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy and co-winner of the 1997 Nobel Prize in physics.
