Willie F. Singletary has submitted his resignation as a Philadelphia Traffic Court judge, a spokesman for the First Judicial District confirmed Wednesday.

Singletary was suspended without pay Jan. 5 by the state Supreme Court. Singletary was first suspended from his judicial duties Dec. 23 by Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Gary S. Glazer because Singletary allegedly showed a photograph of his genitals to a Philadelphia Parking Authority contractor.
