The W-2 forms of four employees of a Washington County school district are not public records, the Commonwealth Court has ruled.
The ruling in Fort Cherry School District v. Coppola comes after the Office of Open Records and a Washington County Common Pleas Court both decided the forms were subject to disclosure under the state’s Right-to-Know Law.
