When J.D. went to Mass with his friends in the suburbs, he allegedly saw the priest who used to massage his shoulders, rub his back under his shirt and grab his buttocks doing the same things 20 years later to altar boys.

He was “grabbing them and hugging them and caressing” them, J.D. testified Tuesday in the trial of a Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia official charged with endangering the welfare of children allegedly abused by a co-defendant or by other priests.
