The fight between Elliott Greenleaf and a former partner who joined Stevens & Lee is becoming increasingly contentious as the former partner has filed a sanctions motion against Elliott Greenleaf and its chairman for alleging the partner misused escrow funds.

Elliott Greenleaf initially sued former Harrisburg office managing partner William R. Balaban and his new firm, Stevens & Lee, over allegations that they remotely accessed Elliott Greenleaf files through Dropbox software and deleted files before Balaban left Elliott Greenleaf.
