Joseph J. McHale, a partner with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, presented “Update on Pharmacy Law” at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center’s eighth annual Pharmacy Focus Forum on April 20 in Harrisburg.
McHale presented on the duties imposed upon pharmacists by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 and discussed recent pharmacy-related case law pertaining to pharmacists.
