A former outside counsel for a bank, convicted of money laundering after being caught in an FBI sting, has escaped disbarment and has instead been suspended for three years.
The Supreme Court on May 10 announced the prospective suspension of Cherry Hill, N.J., solo Michael Sinko, rejecting a Disciplinary Review Board recommendation that he be permanently stripped of his law license.
