Condemnee Dusan Bratic appealed the order of the trial court overruling his preliminary objections to the declaration of taking filed by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of York. The condemnee’s objections involved the procedures by which condemnor effected the condemnation and condemnor’s power to do so.
