A revamped version of Pennsylvania’s Rules of Juvenile Court Procedure will prevent schools from taking additional disciplinary measures when a child gets in legal trouble outside of school, attorneys said.
This came as one of a number of takeaways from Rules 160, 161 and 163, which the high court released last week and were set to be effective come August.
