A Philadelphia judge entered summary judgment in favor of an attorney sued by the law firm Bochetto & Lentz over a $28,800 referral fee the attorney paid to the firm’s former associate for passing along a slip-and-fall case.

Bochetto & Lentz said that attorney A. Harold Datz committed interference with prospective contractual relations, conspiracy to commit fraud, conversion, unjust enrichment, constructive trust, and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty.
