James W. Saxton, chair of Stevens & Lee’s health care litigation group and co-chair of the health care department, was a presenter at the American Urological Association’s annual meeting May 19-23 in Atlanta.
In his presentation, “Medical Malpractice in Urology: How to Prevent and Defend,” Saxton discussed ways urologists can reduce exposure to litigation in the ever-changing health care environment.
