A free legal seminar for employers, “The Perils of Misclassifying Employees and Independent Contractors,” is set to define the criteria used to distinguish between an employee and independent contractor and explain recent court cases with misclassification at issue.
The seminar will feature Ken Gilberg , employment and labor law attorney at Flaster Greenberg . One is scheduled for 8 a.m. June 19 at the Richard J. Flaster Conference Center, 1810 Chapel Ave. West, Cherry Hill, N.J. The other is set for 8 a.m. June 27 at Complete Investment Management, 800 Enterprise Road, #103, Horsham, Pa.
