Daniel E. Cummins, a partner with Foley, Comerford & Cummins, was appointed as vice president of the North region of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute at the group’s annual meeting at the Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford, Pa.
He was also re-appointed to continue to serve as the co-chair of the auto law committee of the PDI.
