The Westmoreland Bar Foundation awarded a court reporting scholarship to Westmoreland County, Pa., resident Alexandra Gumbita, who is enrolled in the court reporting program at the Community College of Allegheny County.
The Complete Reporting Scholarship is a $500 award and is funded by court reporter and Complete Reporting Services owner, Kristine Samloff.
