Plaintiffs could not establish that they justifiably relied on alleged misrepresentations by defendants in their efforts to sell a house where plaintiffs were on notice of an objectionable condition, but failed to make further inquiry or inspection and failed to terminate the sales agreement. Defendants’ motion for summary judgment granted.
