Claudia Huot of Wisler Pearlstine served as moderator of a presentation at Lehigh University’s 40th annual Special-Education Law Conference on the topic of “Legal Issues and Trends in Emotional Disturbance Identification.”

She also participated in a presentation at Lehigh University’s weeklong special-education law symposium in June, speaking about the legal obligations of school districts on the topics of “Least Restrictive Environment” and “Child Find.”
