Jerome Richter, formerly of Blank Rome, died August 19.
Richter joined Blank Rome in 1969 in the firm’s litigation department handling all types of litigation, including complex civil and white-collar crime cases. He made partner within four years of joining the firm and worked closely with founders Marvin Comisky and Edwin P. Rome.
