To mark the opening of its new office in Williamsport, Pa., Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox is hosting Marcus Kohl, director of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection‘s north-central regional office, at a program from 4 to 7 p.m. November 14 at the Eagle Rock Winery at 414 W. 4th St. in Williamsport.
The hourlong seminar, “Implementing DEP’s Permit Decision Guarantee,” will provide insight into the department’s recently proposed Permit Decision Guarantee Policy.
