A Philadelphia jury on Friday rendered a $12.6 million verdict in favor of the parents of a child who suffered severe brain damage after delivery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
The parties to the case reached a confidential high-low agreement, making unclear the actual amount the plaintiffs will collect in the case.
