Where a pension plan administrator decided that appellant was not entitled to a vested pension, the court found that appellant forfeited his pension under his CBA because he was discharged for cause, not for committing a specific crime and the trial court did not err in deciding that the Forfeiture Act did not pre-empt the CBA. Affirmed.
