While Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge Jonathan Mark declined to comment on the exact "outer limits" of a Pennsylvania ski resort’s release from liability, he said a recent case involving the waiver sure fell within it.
In so holding, Mark granted a motion for summary judgment from Camelback Ski Corp. after it was sued for injuries a man suffered after signing an injury waiver but before he made it to the slopes.
