The gunman responsible for Monday’s shooting at the New Castle County Courthouse in Wilmington, Del., has been identified along with his two victims, according to information released by the Delaware State Police.

Thomas Matusiewicz, 68, has been identified as the shooter and the victims are 39-year-old Christine Belford and her neighbor, 47-year-old Laura Mulford, according to Delaware State Police spokesman Sergeant Paul Shavack. Both Mulford and Belford lived in Newark, Del., but it is not immediately clear where Matusiewicz resided.
