Alma L. Saravia, a shareholder in the health care practice group at Flaster Greenberg, was chosen by the Home Health Services and Staffing Association of New Jersey to discuss the Affordable Care Act on Tuesday.

The session, titled "The Affordable Care Act — Where Are We and Why Is New Jersey So Far Behind?" will discuss New Jersey’s efforts to implement a health insurance exchange.
