State Senator Chuck McIlhinney, R-Bucks, chairman of the Senate Law and Justice Committee, said the liquor privatization bill just passed by the state House of Representatives lacks support in the upper house and that he is drafting a new version.
McIlhinney said the draft of the legislation will be finished in a few weeks.
