Two lawyers who had worked in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office for a combined 36 years are suing the DA’s office, claiming that they were fired because of their ages. Both were over 55.
Edward J. Gallen and Robert Miller filed an age-discrimination suit in federal court in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
