Marc P. Weingarten, a partner at Locks Law Firm in Philadelphia, presented a paper titled "Arbitrating a Foreign Claim With an Asbestos Bankruptcy Trust — A Procedural Morass" to the international practice section of the American Association for Justice at its annual convention in July in San Francisco.
Weingarten focuses his practice on complex personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, asbestos disease, class actions and pharmaceutical litigation.
