A Philadelphia homeowner is seeking reargument in the Pennsylvania Superior Court in a case in which a contract with an unlicensed electrician was upheld.

Judge Paula Francisco Ott, writing for Judge Cheryl Lynn Allen in a memorandum issued at the end of July, declined to find the contract contrary to public policy because there was no evidence that the public interest was violated.
