Failure to strike down a Pennsylvania law that eliminated jury commissioner offices would cause confusion across the state, an attorney for the jury commissioners argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court last Wednesday.

For the second time in six months, the Supreme Court heard arguments in Pennsylvania State Association of Jury Commissioners v. Commonwealth. While attorneys for both sides rehashed the arguments outlined in the previous appearance before the Supreme Court, they also focused on their predictions of the impact the law will have if the Supreme Court allows it to stand.
