After more than six years of litigation, a Delaware County condominium association has settled with homebuilder Pulte Homes Inc. in Delaware County court for nearly $5.6 million over alleged design and construction defects in a Newtown Square, Pa., townhome development.
According to court documents, the parties negotiated a settlement for $5.1 million Sept. 10, just prior to opening statements at trial.

The parties officially signed the settlement agreement Oct. 18, according to plaintiffs counsel Robert G. Ruggieri of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman in Philadelphia.
