Ruth Perelman’s will should be probated in Pennsylvania, a Florida appeals court ruled in a reversal of a lower court decision that had found that she was domiciled in the Sunshine State and her will should be probated there.

Perelman, wife of wealthy businessman Raymond Perelman, died in Philadelphia in 2011 at the age of 90. The disagreement over the state in which her will should be probated is an extension of the fraught relationship between father and son—Raymond and Jeffrey Perelman, who have been locked in a battle in the federal courts over a business deal done 20 years ago.
