A federal judge has pushed back a trial over a 2005 plane crash from this December to March of next year because of the complexity of the interfacing state and federal law in the case.
U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, who joined the bench early this year, took on the case, captioned Sikkelee v. Precision Airmotive, from U.S. District Judge John E. Jones III.
