The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has denied the appeal of a couple who is trying to reinstate a trial court ruling that upended a defense win and instituted a mistrial in their asbestos case.
In two orders Tuesday afternoon, the high court denied the petition for allowance of appeal by George and Tina Webber in Webber v. Ford Motor, a heated case that at one point involved since-withdrawn allegations of ex parte discussions over the verdict sheet.
