Thanks to a little help from Google and patent offices across Europe, attorneys can now use a free online portal hosted by the European Patent Office to translate tens of thousands of intellectual property documents.
The service, dubbed Patent Translate, launched in February 2012 to provide multilingual access to the EPO’s more than 88 million patent documents, according to a Dec. 17 press release.
