Archer & Greiner attorney Salvatore M. DeBunda was re-elected to a second three-year term as president of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association by members of the statewide organization, which represents owners and trainers of horses that race at Parx Racing.
His term as president runs through Dec. 31, 2016.
