A Rastafarian incarcerated in federal prison should have been able to develop a record for his claims that he was denied a diet that accords with his religion, the Third Circuit has ruled.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit vacated and remanded the district court’s awards of summary judgment to the Bureau of Prisons defendants on Dameon Daley’s First Amendment and Religious Freedom Restoration Act claims.
