Robert Moy’s Chinatown office that advertised “guaranteed absolution” of traffic tickets was the focus of the federal trial over alleged ticket-fixing in the Philadelphia Traffic Court on Wednesday.
In a red shirt and red tie, Moy stood when the prosecution asked a witness to point him out. The man, Wei Zhong Rong, was one of several witnesses called Wednesday who had sought Moy’s help after getting traffic tickets. He was also one of several who required the aid of a translator.
